Per each. Order multiples or just one. It can be used in every which way any other cabbage is used but the small size lends itself to being creative in its presentation. Halve or quarter, then steam and then caramelise in a pan with butter and a little oil, and a dash of sweetened balsamic vinegar. Grated or sliced raw with a microplane it makes a colourful addition to a mixed salad. Baby cabbages resemble the drumhead cabbage but are mature when still small and as such can be halved or quartered, steamed and served very attractively with a white sauce, cheese sauce or lemon butter.
