Selection of meats including beef, mutton, chicken and pork, also with variety in mind eg something to braai, something to fry, something to stew, something to roast. All the meat is from animals that roamed free, with the total absence of hormones or anti-biotics. Slow-grown pastured meat is flavourful and healthy to consume and cooks 10% faster on slower heat than caged animals’ meat. The project is sustainable, local and non-damaging to the environment.
