Organically grown on the farm and preserved by natural fermentation with sea salt in ozonated water. Open carefully over the sink to avoid spills from fizz boiling over. No vinegar added. If it gets as sour as you would like it to stay, please refrigerate. You may choose to gently express some of the water from the pickle, then flavour it up with herbs such as dill or fennel, and if too sour, add a little sugar. Once removed and flavoured use within a fortnight.
