Free range: Mutton and lamb


Organic free range mutton is sometimes not as tender as lamb, yet more tasty because of a little longer grazing the seasonal variety on offer on the veld. Pastured meat cooks at lower temperature, and at least 25% faster than grain fed meat, so take care not to overcook your pastured meat!
