Free range: Pork


Organic free range pork, sometimes finished on macadamia nut pulp. Pigs are clean animals who keep a midden far away and only roll in mud to cool down and keep parasites at bay. They in fact prefer to swim if there is deep enough water to do so. If there is a dank smell to your pork it is because they are inhumanely caged and forced to be dirty and eat swill. They prefer pasture to all else. Pastured meat cooks at lower temperature, and at least 25% faster than grain fed meat, so take care not to overcook your pastured meat!
