Garlic, pink, bunch

Pink garlic, bunch of 5 small clusters, great subtle flavour. Break into cloves, just crush with the big flat side of a knife blade, or put through a ricer. It is easy to remove the skin of the clove after crushing or ricing. They are also unobtrusive in food so no need to make the effort of meticulously peeling them.
