Season and brown the meat, (neck, chops or leg portions) and add water or stock of your choice, in stove-top pot/pressure cooker/slow cooker. When meat is well done add the veggie pack and some of the herbs and simmer until hard veggies are done, do not stir too much. Serve with rice, cous-cous or mashed potato, sprinkle more fresh herbs.
