Okra: red med pack

Popular in Asian cooking, Okra has the apparent disadvantage of being slimy when sliced.   However, do not be put off!   They disappear in soups and stews, leaving behind only their distinctive wonderful flavour.  They are a very tasty, very worthy vegetable to use.   A culinary delight.
