4 per packet, Tomatillo is a typically Mexican vegetable, being tart it is the preferred ingredient for a salsa and salsa verde. Also slice into a mixed salad. Leave in paper packet on kitchen counter, unpeeled, until ready to use. Use when slightly discoloured from green to yellowish green or becoming purple, but still firm. Slice and caramelise in a hot pan with butter and olive oil for an unusually tasty side dish.
