Combo changes according to what is available. Just steam or boil, do not overcook. Serve with a sprinkling of sea salt and melted butter. To bake, drizzle with a little olive oil, add some chicken stock and bake covered for 10 minutes to dampen then bake open for an hour or so until it gets a little dry and sticky. Makes a good potjie.
