Baby Spinach

Baby Spinach is a mild, smaller-leafed variety of spinach unrelated to the Swiss Chard we normally call spinach. Just wilt, or briefly steam, or add to other vegetables and stews etc when ready to switch off the stove.  Also use fresh in salad. Large packaging.
