Dry beans 200g
Dry bean mix for stews, casseroles, bean soup. Immerse in water before cooking for half a day or overnight. Pick out floating and shrivelled beans. Pour water off, add fresh water and cook until starting to become tender before adding meat and/or veg. To quick soak, boil on high for 1 minute, remove from heat and leave covered for 1 hour. Drain and use.
