Jelly: quince 375ml

Made from organically grown quinces. Serve with buttered toast or spoon a generous dab onto cooked or roast pork when plating. Distinctive taste, very fragrant. The process entails draining the juices from boiled quinces to achieve a clear dark pink jelly. An alltime favourite originating with the ‘granny’ generation and passed on from generation to generation. If it should crystallise, the bottle can be immersed into hot water to clear cystals.
