Lamb stew option C

Lamb stew – 1kg stewing meat or chops out of season, tough for braaiing – (serve with rice or mashed potatoes) Brown the seasoned meat, add meat stock (I use chicken) and turn on to cook/pressure cook/slow cook. When the meat is cooked but not falling off the bone yet, add the mixed vegetable pack. Cook to incorporate veg and reduce gravy. When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
