Marjoram

Small round greyish green leaves, sweet smelling. This herb is an origanum and as such is more fragrant and the preferred go-to in Italian dishes, use with poultry, and together with thyme to flavour the tops of lasagne and other pasta/bechamel sauce dishes. Good with poultry, good with mince, eggs and omelettes, sandwiches.
