Linguini is a little more robust, but like Spaghetti comprises round thin strands most often associated with bolognaise, requiring some mince, good passata and crusty bread with good butter. Do not overcook! KEEP FROZEN DO NOT THAW BEFORE COOKING. You HAVE TO HOVER. Scoop off foam from excess flour and separate strands with a pasta spoon as it cooks.
