Too beautiful to be hidden inside a traditional lasagne. Bring water to the boil, dunk one by one, boil for less than 5 minutes and check bite. Use creatively in an open dish, eg layer under and over a soft poached egg with a creamy bechamel sauce, cheese and bacon. YOU HAVE TO HOVER to scoop off foam from excess flour and also to separate with pasta spoon. Don’t tear.
