Korean dish, comes in 1L tubs. Asian, fermented salad made from organically grown cucumbers, julienned carrots, chives, garlic and ginger in a tangy sweet sauce with chilli flakes. Enjoy just with sourdough bread and cheese, or with meat or seafood. Lasts in the fridge for 5 days and more.
