We only use certified unbleached stone-ground non-GMO flour and a starter which we have been keeping alive since 2016. All other ingredients cannot be vouched for but we always attempt to use our own organic produce, eg bananas for the banana loaf, and our own organically grown pecan and macadamia nuts.
