Brinjal pickle 375ml

Made from brinjals and peppers roasted over an open flame, with garlic, vinegar, oil and basil. Delicious, add to pasta and roast meat dishes, on pizza with feta, or just laid out on a platter to go with biscuits and wine. A real crowd-pleaser!
