Lamb stew option A

Lamb stew – lamb shanks on the bone OR best end chops 1kg – (serve with rice or mashed potatoes) Brown the seasoned meat, add meat stock (I use chicken) and turn on to cook/pressure cook/slow cook. When the meat is cooked but not falling off the bone yet, add the mixed vegetable pack. Cook to incorporate veg and reduce gravy. When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
