Fennel

Very fine foliage, will need to be revived in icy water and shaken dry. Pairs excellently with potato salad, mixed salad, coleslaw and seafood. It survives the freezer very well although it turns black, but it keeps the vitality of taste! Put it in a glass with water to keep fresh.
