Fermented: Redwine vinegar 125ml
Our own vinegar made from red wine which is fermented with a ‘mother of vinegar’ for 3 months minimum. This vinegar will not burn your throat or give you indigestion, and is not a threat to your microbiome, which is the case with most others off the supermarket shelf. Adds flavour and depth where a bit of acidity is needed. Use sparingly on mixed salad.
