500g Roma or round varieties or other heirloom varieties available at different times. Tomatoes not subjected to the cold chain are sweet, very good for cooking with but great tasting fresh sliced or in a salad as well. Do not refrigerate, stand in a cool place on the kitchen counter or in an under-counter vegetable tray. Order multiples if necessary.
