Chicken one-pot stew

Season and brown the chicken cubes, place in a stove-top pot or slow cooker. Add chicken stock. Add the mixed veggie-pack and allow to cook until the hard veggies are done. Add the fresh herbs and simmer slowly until moisture is reduced. Do not stir too much. Serve with rice, cous-cous or mashed potatoes.
